- Your home buying criteria is entered into our custom computer database.
- Every evening, our custom program automatically searches the MLS to find homes that match your specific criteria.
- We only mail you the homes that match your criteria, and we do so on a weekly or even daily basis. (You'll get a picture and complete description of each home.)
- You can then read through the listings, pick which homes you like, and drive by them.
- When you see a home you want to look at, just give us a call and we'll arrange a showing.
- You're under NO pressure to buy.

Send me an email of the neighborhood you live in and I will send you an email everyday with information about any new listings that come on the market in your neighborhood. I can also send you this information on your destination neighborhood as well. And if you are moving out of the area, I would be happy to assist you with your relocation needs.
